With stimulus bills being considered daily, the caption expresses a clear desire that the person most responsible for the current stimulus bill be assassinated before he can write another one. That is, the author of the stimulus bill should be assassinated immediately.
Since assassination of state leaders constitutes terrorism, certainly the public announcement, in code, of a call to assassinate a state leader can and must be viewed as a terrorist act, if any act is to be viewed as such.
As we all have learned over the last years, there are vast and loosely organized national and international networks of persons who communicate by code to inspire, organize, and incite terrorist attacks, including assassinations of world leaders. Their goal is both to create a climate of fear and intimidation wherein their voices will be taken more seriously and also to effectuate terrorist attacks. Among these terrorists was Timothy McVeigh, who destroyed a Federal Building in Oklahoma.
Rather than operating with one leader and a central command, these networks include many individuals and small groups of people (cells) who inspire unlawful, terroristic activity, including assassinations.
Incitements to act often occur in code, over the Internet, in publications regularly read by those sharing and ideological affinity and the desire for illegal activity aroused by that ideological motivation. Terrorists communicate by code and code words as well as by images. For example, Osama Bin Laden reportedly releases video images over the Internet in which he expresses his opinions and his desire for violent action.
The New York Post cartoon should be closely analyzed by Government specialists.
Sidewalks are not made of grass, so the grass on the sidewalk may be a reference to the grassy knoll from which President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. Below the headlight on what appears to be a Chevrolet Impala of the kind once used by the New York Police Department, the name "Michelle" seems to have been written and then crossed out. Independent bloggers have come to this conclusion. "Michelle" is the name of the First Lady of the United States of America.
There is additional writing above the name "Michelle", on the headlamp, which is illegible to this writer by should be legible to government anti-terrorist experts. There is also writing on the gun in hand of the assassin; however the writing is illegible to the common eye.
When the first head of the officer with the gun is enlarged in Photoshop (above), it becomes possible to see an horific psychotic skull figure shouting in the ear of the officer who has fired the bullets.
In the grainy graphic, there is a "Beware of Dog" sign on a city street post, which seems to be out of place in this context, and so its meaning has to be interpreted in the overall context of the cartoon and the intelligence that is gathered about those who created and published it. Any additional subliminal communications in this graphic must be immediately be investigated, along with its author and Rupert Murdoch, the foreign-born owner of the newspaper that published the graphic.
We have learned as a nation that national and international terrorist acts must be investigated before they occur, not merely afterward. The United States Attorney General and the US Secret Service, which protects the life of the president, should investigate the New York Post, its cartoon and editorial staff, its national and international leadership, and its owner, to prevent calls to terrorism against the First Family from resulting in additional acts of terrorism, such as the assassination of a member of the First Family.

The inauguration of the first Black President was not just an inspiration for African Americans, but for black people, and eventually all people of color all over the world.
After the all the mess forwarded to our President by the Bush administration, all of a sudden they want an instant answer. They want instant success. For them to think that Obama could clean up our economy instantly is almost like someone sending hundred thousand viruses to your laptop, and the same person asking you to clean up your computer.
They are saying, “CLEAN UP MY ECONOMY BOY!”
They want him to clean up the economy, and insult him in his effort of doing so.
“This cartoon is insulting, but it's principally about speaking to those who wish that Obama would be assassinated in the same way that police assassinate Blacks on the streets of New York.”
Yes Sir, Brother Francis, character assassination can lead to physical assassination, especially with so many people affected by the disease of White Supremacy.
